Among the 13 winners, four IB World Schools (IBWS) earned a total of five awards from TES, including:

  • Christopher's School Bahrain won Curriculum Initiative of the Year
  • Dulwich College, Singapore, won the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Award as well as the Sustainability Award
  • North London Collegiate School, Dubai, won the Leadership Award
  • Marlborough College, Malaysia, won the International School of the Year Award

These awards are a reminder of how a holistic, inquiry-based education can encourage achievement in students and educators alike.

An independent panel of expert judges from 96 shortlisted schools worldwide selected the winners. Olli-Pekka Heinonen, Director General at the IB, was proud to join the Tes Awards for International Schools as a judge.

He said, “The IB is truly inspired by the remarkable achievements demonstrated by all schools participating in the TES Awards for International Schools 2024. This level of dedication makes us optimistic for the future of international education, given the efforts that both schools and educators are putting into the advancement of their curriculum.”
