Erik Goldstein is currently Professor of International Relations and History at Boston University. He has over thirty years of teaching experience.
For twelve years, Erik was Chair of the Department of International Relations at Boston University. He holds a PhD in History from the University of Cambridge and is a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society (of Great Britain).
Erik was previously Professor of International History at the University of Birmingham, in the UK. He was Secretary of the Navy Senior Research Fellow at the US Naval War College, Visiting Scholar at the Centre for International Studies at the University of Cambridge, and a Visiting Professor at the University of East Anglia.
Erik has served on a number of advisory boards throughout his career. He was involved in the delivery of a number of Know How Fund Programme courses, a programme set up by the UK government to provide training opportunities for the diplomats of several countries.
