Sara Julia

Sara Julia is a second-year undergraduate student at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), pursuing a double major in civil and environmental engineering and computer science. She is currently concentrating her studies on geospatial analysis and game development, and is passionate about designing environments that enhance mental wellbeing. As an international student immersed in a foreign culture, Sara is committed to bridging the gap between Koreans and internationals. She actively contributes to the creation and planning of events at KAIST, providing platforms where Korean and international students can socialise and enjoy their university years. Outside her academic studies and community involvement, Sara enjoys badminton, playing computer games and exploring newfound interests.


Anoushka Jolly

Anoushka Jolly

Anoushka Jolly is the 15-year-old founder of Kavach, a well-being app which aims to holistically address the everyday issues and problems of adolescents. She embarked on her change-making journey as a response to being a victim of severe bullying as a child. Her mission began when she was just nine, and she has had an impact on over two million children in 20,000 schools across India. At the age of 13 she became the youngest entrepreneur to receive funding on the business themed reality series, Shark Tank India, for her anti-bullying initiative. In 2023, she won the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar, the highest civilian honour for a child, from the Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, and President of India, Droupadi Murmu, in the field of social services. As a social entrepreneur and changemaker, she has a strong belief in the power of technology for the improvement of mental health.
