Visa information
You may access this website to check if your country of departure requires you to apply for a Visa, or Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA) to enter South Korea.
For attendees who need to apply for a Visa, please fill out this form and our team will reply within five working days.
For attendees who do not need to apply for a Visa, you will need to apply for a K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorisation). Please apply here. You must apply for the K-ETA and receive approval 72 hours prior to departure. You are strongly advised to apply for the K-ETA at least two weeks before your intended departure. It is valid for two years and can be used multiple times.
