Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before 28 January 2027 will be refunded in full.
Cancellations received after 28 January 2027 will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Accepted Payment Methods
Candidate and Authorized IB World Schools
Schools recognized in the IB system as Candidate Schools or Authorized IB World Schools may choose to pay either by credit card during registration or by invoice (wire transfer).
If paying by invoice or wire transfer, please ensure that:
- All bank charges are covered by the sender.
- The IB receives the exact amount due.
To ensure your payment is correctly allocated, please include the following information with your transfer:
- Invoice reference number (where applicable)
- IBIS code
- School name
- Programme coordinator’s name and email address
- Event name: African Education Festival Kenya 2027
- Event dates: 18–20 February 2027
School status will be verified through the IB registration system.
Non-IB Schools and Individual Participants
Participants from schools that are not registered as Candidate or Authorized IB World Schools, as well as individual participants, are required to pay by credit card at the time of registration.
