Registration fees: 

• Early Bird Fee: EUR 860 (for registrations received by 16 February 2027) 

• Standard Fee: EUR 950 

• Late Registration Fee: EUR 1,020 (for registrations received within 3 weeks of the event start date) 

Registration fee includes

• Workshop attendance and workshop materials 

• Welcome reception on Day 1 

• Coffee breaks throughout the three-day event 

• Lunch on Day 1 and Day 2

General information: 

Workshop participants are expected to make their own travel and hotel reservations. The IB cannot be held responsible for any travel costs (including flights, visas and hotel). Please do not make any travel or accommodation arrangements until the Workshop confirmation email is sent.

Accommodation details:

This event will take place at St. Peter’s School, Barcelona. As the venue is a school, no dedicated participant hotel room block has been arranged.
