As one of three regional offices at the International Baccalaureate® (IB), IB Asia-Pacific supports over 600 schools in 28 countries.
The regional office provides a range of services to schools in the region.
It is responsible for authorizing new schools implementing the IB’s programmes of education, evaluating existing IB World Schools, and providing professional development services, such as events and workshops.
The office also works with governments and universities to ensure that the benefits of an IB education are recognized, valued and understood by others.
Professional development workshops
Through our events and workshops, educators can share best practices and network with colleagues across the region. The IB provides face-to-face and online workshops, webinars, blended learning and e-learning resources.
