Facts about the region

As of 10 August 2015, International Baccalaureate® (IB) programmes are being taught in 29 countries, across 681 schools in Asia-Pacific.

Those schools may teach more than one IB programme. Of those schools:

  • 352 offer the Primary Years Programme (PYP)
  • 152 offer the Middle Years Programme (MYP)
  • 467 offer the Diploma Programme (DP)
  • Five offer the Career-related Programme (CP).
