An IB Assessment Content Developer who undertakes the IB Assessment Author task is responsible for producing the content of IB assessment materials.
The task
As an Assessment Content Developer undertaking the Assessment Author task, you will be responsible for producing the content of IB assessment materials, which can include examinations, partially completed unit planners, mark schemes and pre-release materials. You will be asked to produce original content and/or source appropriate third-party material according to set guidelines provided by the IB.
You may be asked by the IB to work independently or with other IB Assessment Content Developers dependent on the subject and component.
Tasks can be completed online, however, you may be required to participate in meetings during the assessment production process. These meetings may be virtual or face-to-face.
