Any cancellation occurring on or before Wednesday, 13 September 2023 will incur a credit note of the full amount of the registration fee.
Cancellations made after Wednesday 13 September 2023 will forfeit 100% of the registration fee with the following exceptions.
- Change in travel regulations restricting participants travelling to Dublin
- Change in local regulations limiting the number of participants allowed at the conference
- Personal medical reasons; participants will need to submit a doctor or other medical practitioner’s report or note
Attendees who wish to receive a credit note based on the listed exceptions must send this request to globalconferences@ibo.org, within two weeks after the conclusion of the conference. Any requests made after 22 October 2023 will not be reviewed.
