Early bird conference registration
Early Bird Fee: €820* (until 30 June)
Standard Fee: €920*
Fee includes:
- All main conference activities Thursday 29 October 2020 5pm – Saturday 31 October 2020 5:30pm
- Lunch and refreshment breaks on Friday 30 October and Saturday 31 October 2020
- All social activities, including the welcome reception on Thursday 29 October 2020 and conference evening on Friday 30 October 2020
*All conference registrations are subject to additional Dutch VAT of 21%. To help schools and individuals partially offset this extra cost, the IB will automatically apply a 5% discount to all registrations. This will be reflected in the final invoice.
**All conference registrations from schools and individuals in Switzerland are also subject to additional Swiss VAT of 7.7%.
Cancelation is free of charge up to 21 days before the event.
Full day pre-conference and main conference
Reduced Fee: €1120** (until 30 June)
Standard Fee: €1220 *
Fee includes:
- All elements of the main conference registration, plus access to a full day pre-conference session of your choice.
- All pre-conference sessions will take place on Thursday 29 October 2020 from 10:30am – 4pm.
Only participants who are registered for a pre-conference can attend. Please note that registrations for pre-conferences are limited and will have to be made in advance. On-site registrations or changes to existing registrations won’t be available on pre-conference day. All changes to pre-conference registrations are subject to availability.

Companion pass
Standard fee: €160
The companion special events pass allows conference participants to bring an additional person to the following events:
- Welcome reception on Thursday evening 29 October 2020.
- Conference evening on Friday 30 October 2020.
We encourage attendees to register their companion as early as possible, as availability is limited. Please note that companions may not attend other conference events and meals.
