Call for Research Poster Presentations (Closed)

Every year, engaged IB educators and others conduct fascinating research on our programmes, students, and schools. Whether large or small, these studies produce valuable knowledge worth sharing.

The IB Global Research team is hosting a research poster session at the IB Global Conference in The Hague, 26 - 28 October 2017.  Whether you’re a university professor, an administrator pursuing a graduate degree, or a teacher conducting action research in the classroom, we want to hear from you. The presentation of research through posters is one of many ways in which the conference can enrich your professional experience.

The poster presentations are scheduled during morning coffee break and exhibition, lunch and exhibition and afternoon coffee break and exhibition; on all the 3 days of the conference and pre-conference.

How can I participate?

All interested poster presenters must submit an abstract. The abstract should describe original research on IB programme(s) and IB World Schools and should be 150 words or less. Please do not use tables, charts, or graphs in your abstract submission. You can send your abstract via email below.

The deadline for abstract submission is 29 September 2017. Applicants will receive a decision notification on or before 13 October 2017. You may submit your proposal (and if selected, display your findings) in English, French or Spanish.

For more information on the research poster session, take a look at our guidelines.
