    The IB has reserved a number of hotel rooms for participants at the workshop venue for a reduced fee. Built in 1913, the Radisson Blu Béke Hotel in Budapest invites you to step back in time. Its elegant traditional exterior partners well with the stained-glass windows and frescoes created by Hungarian artist Jenő Haranghy. Ideally located close to both the business and shopping districts, the hotel is within walking distance of popular attractions like the famous Andrássy Street, State Opera House, and Heroes' Square.

     

    To book a pre-reserved room, please use the following form to request a room. The special promotional code of the event is valid until 12th May 2023.

     

    Till 30 days prior the arrival the guests can cancel and the hotel will charge 1 night cost as a cancellation fee. Between 29 days and the day of arrival, cancellation will result100% cancellation fee, including taxes and breakfast. In case of no-show, late cancellations theguests will be liable for their cancellation fee.
