The IB has reserved a number of hotel rooms for participants at the workshop venue for a reduced fee. Please be sure to book these well in advance as they will be released over time and all un-booked rooms will be released six weeks before the event. However, all reservations must be made directly with the hotel/agent. Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from the event. (Please refer to the IB's cancellation and safety policy).

The NH Prague City hotel is perfect for tourists looking to explore this famous city. The historical center – with its castle and the famous Charles Bridge – is easy to get to by tram, metro or on foot.
