  • Accommodation details

    The IB has reserved a number of hotel rooms for participants at the workshop venue for a reduced fee. The NH Vienna Airport Conference Center hotel, formerly known as NH Wien Airport, enjoys a convenient location just across from the arrivals hall at Vienna Airport. That means we have unbeatable transport links – if you want to head into the city, it’s just a 16-minute train ride to central Vienna.

    Please be sure to book these well in advance as they will be released over time and all un-booked rooms will be released six weeks before the event. However, all reservations must be made directly with the hotel/agent. Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from the event.
