ACCBIRP Virtual DP and IB Education workshops in September – Argentine time

Enrolment period: 22 May until 25 August 2023
Late enrolments: from 26 August until 1 September 2023

Payment period:
Argentine schools: 11 to 18 September 2023
Schools from other countries; 1 to 31 August 2023

These workshops will take place in 4 one-hour sessions on Thursday 21,
Friday 22 and Saturday 23 September, plus six  non-synchronous
sessions each lasting half an hour thus complying with the 15 hour
requirement of official workshops.

The cost of the virtual workshops in September 2023 will be USD 300
for ACCBIRP member schools and USD 350 for non members.

Late registrations received between 26 August and 1 September will
have an additional  cost of USD 50.

Schools from outside Argentina should send their payment direct to IB.


PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SCHOOLS IN ARGENTINA

Argentine schools should make a bank transfer in pesos between 11 and
18 September, at the current Rofex exchange rate, to the Association´s
account at the Banco Supervielle:

Any bank charge must be paid by the participating school. Please send
evidence of transfer as soon as it has been made to Roxana D´Amico,

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SCHOOLS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES

Owing to the current  complicated economic situation in Argentina,
schools from other countries should make a payment of the enrolment
fees direct to IB. After making the enrolment the following details of
the school should be sent to acbirptesoreria@gmail.com so that the
necessary invoice can be prepared:

Account name, school address, city/town, country, RUT, RUC, NIF, RIT,
etc. as per the practice in each country.

IMPORTANT: The transfer should be made to the IB account. All bank
charges related to the transfer to IB are the responsibility of each
school; therefore the total amount to be transferred should be the
cost of the workshops plus the transfer charges required by the chosen
bank.

It is always important to include as a reference in each payment the
school code and the following information invoice 1387059 on account # N039657. A copy of the evidence of payment should be sent to myaccount@ibo.org, to ensure that the payment will be applied to the correct invoice, with a copy to acbirptesoreria@gmail.com.

Another payment option is by credit card. To be able to use this
option an e-mail should be sent to myaccount@ibo.org , together with
the reference invoice 1387059 on account # N039657 and with a request for the credit card link for payment, DETAILING THE AMOUNT TO BE PAID.


Enrolment will be open as from 22 May through Google Forms.
Confirmation of the enrolment will be sent within a week from its
reception and at the latest a week before the event, the digital handbook
or link to the platform the leader decides to use, a detailed agenda.
