Accommodation details
The IB has reserved a number of hotel rooms for participants at the workshop venue for a reduced fee. Please be sure to book these well in advance as they will be released over time and all un-booked rooms will be released six weeks before the event. However, all reservations must be made directly with the hotel/agent. Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from the event. (Please refer to the IB's cancellation and safety policy).

The NH Amsterdam Zuid hotel, formerly known as the NH Musica, is in Amsterdam’s Jewish quarter. It’s near the Zuidas business district, a trendy neighborhood packed with shops, restaurants and cafés. Meanwhile an easy tram or metro ride will get you into the city center.

Getting there by plane: Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is the main international airport of the Netherlands, located 9.1 km southwest of Amsterdam.
Transportation: The Netherlands has excellent public transport links, and the swipecard payment system OV-chipkaart is the official transport payment system for the metro, bus and tram throughout the Netherlands. There are two types of cards (EUR 7.50): anonymous, which anyone can buy from the OV-chipkaart machines or station, or personal, which you can apply for online. Your pass can be loaded from one of the OV-chipkaart machines strategically placed at train and metro stations.
