After the official closing deadline (3 weeks before start date), please contact IB answers for late registrations (subject to availability). Late registrations are subject to a surcharge of EUR 70.

Accommodation details

The IB has reserved a number of hotel rooms for participants at the workshop venue for a reduced fee. Please be sure to book these well in advance as they will be released over time and all un-booked rooms will be released six weeks before the event. However, all reservations must be made directly with the hotel/agent. Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from the event. (Please refer to the IB's cancellation and safety policy).

The Hesperia Tower hotel is in Barcelona’s new business and financial district, between the airport and the city center. It’s just minutes away from the fairgrounds, too. As for the building itself, it’s a real city landmark, complete with a fabulous glass-roof cupola.
15-minute drive from the city center, or a 20-minute metro ride with a stop outside the hotel 10 minutes from the airport and 5 from Barcelona’s fairgrounds.

Transportation: Transportation in Barcelona is excellent, with an easy to use metro system, an extensive network of regular and fast buses, supplemented by a tram service, commuter trains and taxis making it easy to make the most out of the visit.
