We’d like to thank all attendees of the AEM Regional Conference that took place in Barcelona in October. The valued input of participants, sponsors, exhibitors and speakers made the conference wonderfully enjoyable and informative.
We hope you enjoyed this year’s conference and we look forward to welcoming you to the 2017 conference that will take place in The Hague.
Our conference hosted more than 1,500 participants and over 105 presentation sessions. We received engaged and inspiring responses from participants in person and via social media, and we’ll make sure to pass your comments on to the relevant parties.
Keynote speaker: Dame Ellen MacArthur on the circular economy
The IB has recently partnered with the Ellen MacArthur Foundation to add the study of the circular economy to our curriculum. We were delighted to welcome Dame Ellen MacArthur to the conference, who spoke about her experiences sailing around the world and how she came to establish the Foundation, with its focus on the circular economy.
