Primary Years Programme (PYP) webinar

The IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) is designed for students aged 3 to 12. It focuses on the development of the whole child as an inquirer, both in the classroom and in the world outside. It is a framework guided by six transdisciplinary themes of global significance, explored using knowledge and skills derived from six subject areas, as well as transdisciplinary skills, with a powerful emphasis on inquiry.

Meet our speakers
Development & Recognition Manager, Africa, Europe and Middle East
With her professional background in Arts and Humanities, Vedrana Pavletić has taken a number of IB Educator roles for the PYP and MYP and worked in schools across Europe and Asia, before joining the IB Global Centre in The Netherlands in 2014. As a Development and Recognition Manager, she is working with schools, associations, universities and governments to promote the IB and support the implementation of the programmes in a range of contexts in this region.
Iman M. Mashaal
Vice Principal at King Faisal School
Iman M. Mashaal is currently a Vice Principal at King Faisal School, an IB school in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She is an IB PYP Workshop Leader and has worked as an IB PYP Teacher and PYP Coordinator for 6 years. She is a board Member of SIBA, Saudi IB Association and holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management, concentration in Leadership and a Master’s Degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Concentration International Baccalaureate. She is passionate about the IB and loves to inspire others to adopt and implement the program.
