Middle Years Programme (MYP) webinar

Join us for this webinar on Wednesday 29 November at 14.00 (GMT) to learn about the Middle Years Programme and how it encourages students to become active, internationally minded learners.

The IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) is designed for students aged 11 to 16. It provides a framework of learning that encourages students to become creative, critical and reflective thinkers. The MYP emphasizes intellectual challenge, encouraging students to make connections between their studies in traditional subjects and the real world.

MYP students:

  1. build confidence in managing their own learning
  2. inquire into a wide range of issues and ideas of significance locally, nationally and globally
  3. develop an understanding of global challenges and a commitment to act as responsible citizens

What does the webinar cover?

  • What an IB Education is
  • Introduction of the MYP and how it works
