Rome International School (RIS) Middle and High School has a vacancy for a suitably qualified and experienced:

TEACHER OF CHEMISTRY (Middle School/ GCSE/ IB Diploma Programme)

This is a full-time position for an enthusiastic and qualified teacher who can deliver his/her subject in a stimulating and effective manner. Experience of IB and the British National Curriculum is an advantage, however successful candidates without IB experience will be offered authorized IB workshop training.

RIS is an IB World School. The RIS IB Diploma Programme is intense and challenging. We need flexible, motivated, international and well-qualified staff who will educate our students to become inquisitive, enterprising and independent learners.

Rome International School is located in the beautiful Parioli area, within walking distance from Villa Borghese and 20 minutes by public transport from the old city centre. As from September 2013, RIS will move to brand new purpose-built premises, not far from the current location.

Starting date: 1st September 2012 (start of school year 2012-2013).
Salary: competitive package.
