My attraction to work for the IB comes from the opportunity to support schools to become members of the IB community and thereby empower students to make a difference in our world.
My role as Head of School Services AEM is to support schools from the time they are interested in becoming IB World Schools, through their candidate stage and during the authorization process. It is also to support schools that are already part of the IB community through their evaluation processes.
The entire team in the regional office is incredibly dedicated and professional in their work. Their diverse backgrounds and plethora of languages enables us to operate with a truly international mindset which goes a long way to supporting our IB schools
It is also a pleasure to be in the new global centre in The Hague with colleagues from the Academic Division, as I have the opportunity to interact with many inspiring people

I started working with IB last year as an Analyst Programmer. My role is to make sure that applications developed are reliable and meet the needs of the users. I’m currently involved in many projects, which gives me the opportunity to work with excellent people all over the IB.
