IB Diploma Programme graduates
You are a part of a worldwide community of graduates that have received International Baccalaureate® diplomas or certificates since the foundation of the IB in 1968. More than 55,000 students graduate from IB programmes every year.
IB Replacement Documentation
If your IB diploma/certificate has been irretrievably lost or destroyed, you can request an official replacement. To do this, please complete the replacement request form [PDF, 256KB] in full and send to the address details provided.
Please be aware that requests can take up to 28 days and proof of identity including your name and date of birth will be required.
