Confirmation of registration
Participants will receive an automatic confirmation email upon successful submission of online registration. All completed registrations are CONFIRMED until canceled by the participant from the registration system.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received before 21 days prior to the event start date (i.e. 20th Match 2013) will receive the full refund of registration fee in the form of credit note.
Cancellations received within 21 days prior to the event start date (i.e. 20th March 2013) and “no-shows” will be charged the full registration fee.
The same policy above will apply in cases where a visa is refused.
Replacement Policy
The replacement of participants within 14 days prior to the event start date should be done online via your REGIS registation. If a change is made within less than 14 days of the event date an admin fee of US$80 will apply for each change.
