Attendees must identify themselves as part of the International Baccalaureate event by giving the group code, IBO, if reserving your room over the phone. This will ensure you will receive the quoted guestroom rate. We encourage participants to make reservations as soon as possible. Attendees will be charged 1 nights deposit at time of booking. The quoted rate is available until Friday, June 14, 2013.

Delta Airlines: You may book online at www.delta.com, then click on Planning Tools, "Book a Flight", and then enter the Meeting Event code on the form along with your trip information.
If flying from US or Canada your meeting event code is NMEGW.

International Travel
All non-US citizens must present proof of citizenship to enter the United States. An acceptable form of identification is a valid passport. Depending on your country of origin, you may be required to obtain a visa to enter the United States. Please contact your embassy to confirm entry requirements.
