2013 IB Conference of the Americas -
Sponsor Information

Our sponsors are critical to the success of the IB Conference of the Americas. By sponsoring the conference, you are able to maximize the visibility of your brand, build name recognition among participants, and play a critical and visible role in supporting the IB mission to provide “education for a better world.” The 2013 IB Conference of the Americas offers two sponsorship levels to meet the needs of your organization.

Higher Level Sponsorship - $12,000

Benefits of sponsorship:
• two complimentary registrations to the conference (combined value of $1790)
• complimentary table in the exhibit hall
• full page advertisement in the conference program
• organization/company logo and description in the conference program
• special thanks from the podium during one of the general sessions
• sponsor page on the conference web site, with your logo
• access to the sponsors hospitality suite for the duration of the conference
• special thank you gift for each sponsor
• selected room upgrades at conference hotels, based on availability


Standard Level Sponsorship - $6,000

Benefits of sponsorship:
• one complimentary registration to the conference (value of $895)
• complimentary table in the exhibit hall
• half page advertisement in the conference program
• organization/company logo and description in the conference program
• special thanks from the podium during one of the general sessions
• sponsor page on the conference web site, with your logo
• access to the sponsors hospitality suite for the duration of the conference
• special thank you gift for each sponsor
