Heads of schools
You will need to be issued with a new password for IB HeadNet. Your IB coordinator can do this via IBIS as follows:
- Log in to IBIS, then click on “IB Headnet on www.ibo.org” underneath the heading “Account Management” in the left-hand menu.
- Check in the directory that the email address for your school head is current.
- Return to the Headnet account management page and click on “Continue”. A password will automatically be sent to your email account. Please note that this may take up to 24 hours to activate, as the IB system updates overnight.

- Check in the directory that the email address for your school head is current.
- Return to the HeadNet account management page and click on “Continue”. A password will automatically be sent to your email account. Please note that this may take up to 24 hours to activate, as the IB system updates overnight.
- You will then be able to log in to HeadNet using your email address and new password.
