Accommodation & Travel

The IB has reserved a certain number of hotel rooms for participants. Please be sure to book these well in advance as they will be released over time and all un-booked rooms will be released six weeks before the event. However, all reservations must be made directly with the hotel/agent.
Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from the event. (Please refer to IB cancellation and safety policy.)
