ECMS Programme Support Administrator (Ref 398c)

Salary: circa £19,000 per year

The ICT department provides a service to IB staff, offices, schools and examiners worldwide. The global planning team consists of programme management, information system coordination and administration and together manage the ICT planning, control and coordination, and strategic engagement with the business. The team works in close liaison with other areas of the ICT department.
The ECMS programme support administrator is part of the global planning team and will provide programme support to the ECMS programme team. The ECMS programme support administrator will liaise with IB staff, external suppliers, examiners and teachers as required.
With a relevant qualification in programme or project management, such as PRINCE 2 foundation (or equivalent) you will be able to demonstrate experience of implementing processes and controls to fully support a programme team.
The ability to organize the programme team, dealing with day-to-day activities such as general administration, scheduling meetings, processing purchase orders is essential. You should be a self motivated and proactive individual.
