Norway has a system of coordinated admission to universities, state colleges and some private colleges. Applicants to these institutions send one application form only to the Universities and Colleges Admission Service. One can apply for up to 15 different study programmes. The

Only the sum of the 6 subject points is used as a basis for the scale. Applicants are given additional points for bonus points, for certain combinations of subjects and for studies in mathematical and natural sciences.
