The IB has reserved a number of hotel rooms for participants at the workshop venue for a reduced fee. Please be sure to book these well in advance as they will be released over time and all un-booked rooms will be released six weeks before the event. However, all reservations must be made directly with the hotel/agent. Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from the event. Getting there by plane: Vienna International Airport is located about 19 km east of the heart of Austria’s capital.
Transportation: A network of bus and tram routes combines with an underground (subway) system that is still being developed and extended. Moreover, transport within Vienna city limits is integrated, meaning that one ticket is valid on any form of public transport.
