Hotel:
The IB has reserved a number of hotel rooms for participants near the workshop venue for a reduced fee. Please be sure to book these well in advance as they will be released over time and all un-booked rooms will be released six weeks before the event. However, all reservations must be made directly with the hotel/agent. Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from the event. (Please refer to the IB's cancellation and safety policy).

For our participants we are offering IB pre-revered rooms in two hotels to stay during the workshop. The IBIS hotel is close to the workshop venue.

Getting there by plane: Brussels Airport (BRU)

Transportation: The public transport network in Brussels (and in Belgium in general) is quite extensive and you will easily be able to go from one place to the other using the metro, tram or bus, at least during day time (from around 6AM to 11PM).
