Each year the International Baccalaureate hosts the IB Conference of the Americas in a selected city in the Americas. The 2015 IB Conference of the Americas will be held in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
The annual conference provides an opportunity for educational leaders, decision makers and practitioners from schools, universities and governments to come together to share best practices around cultivating the way we educate students. Motivated by the IB mission, the conference fosters partnership and participation, providing a forum for discussions on educational quality, pedagogical leadership and international mindedness.

Call for proposals: breakout sesions
Breakout sessions provide an opportunity to present scholarly analyses, skill-building programs, completed research, best practices, evaluation studies, results of new initiatives, or educational approaches. Each session is 75 minutes long and should be well-organized, dynamic and interactive.
