Diploma Programme Online
The IB has announced its intention to develop an online version of the Diploma Programme to be offered to communities of learners in collaboration with IB World Schools.
Online learning has the potential to both enrich the curriculum and learning experience for students at IB World Schools while planning to open up access in the future to those students who cannot physically attend an IB World School.

The Diploma Programme Online will begin as a pilot and expand over time. Through the pilot the organization will investigate offering online courses from all six subject groups and support for the core Diploma Programme requirements. Certain courses are available now but the full pilot is dependent on external funding.
