Online Diploma Programme Courses Available
Online economics standard level and ITGS higher level
Enrolment is open for the online economics SL and information technology in a global society (ITGS) HL courses offered by the Virtual High School (VHS) as part of the Diploma Programme Online project. The online courses will be two year courses and will be taught in English only. The courses will commence in September 2008 and students will take the examinations in May 2010.
Enrolment is limited to five students per IB World School in each section (class) of the course, to ensure students gain a more international online classroom experience. VHS is responsible for enrolment and coordination with interested schools and students.

Online psychology standard level
Aventa Learning will be offering psychology SL to students from any IB World School as part of the Diploma Programme Online project. The online course will be a one year course and will be taught in English only. The course will commence in September 2008 for May examination session schools and February 2009 for November session schools.
Enrolment is limited to five students per IB World School in each section (class) of the course. Enrolment will open 22 February 2008.
Aventa Learning is responsible for enrolment and coordination with interested schools and students. Therefore, in support of this offering, school representatives are invited to take part in a sixty minute informational webinar (an interactive web-based seminar) using Elluminate Live!, an online meeting space to which Aventa Learning will provide access and instructions for participation. A member of the Diploma Programme Online team will also participate and be available to answer any IB-related questions.
